Can a city like Melbourne use colorful solar lights around tall building at night so that its as colourful as other cities which have neon lights? It can have colourful lights on Westgate and around some buildings, can’t it?

Very nice collection. The traffic in Hong Kong certainly provides for some really great night photography! The way you’ve composed and captured these images is also very thoughtful.
